Biography
AnnMarie Stanislaus is a 24-year old singer and songwriter from Malaysia. She is blessed with a wide vocal range, and her talent is versatile enough to take to multiple genres of music with the ease and charisma typically possessed by performers twice her age. Her onstage personality is intriguing, vibrant, and mesmerizing, as evidenced by her many live performances at club gigs, corporate events, and stage appearances.
She studied at the International College Of Music and has recently graduated from the world-renowned Berklee College of Music with a degree in Songwriting. To date, she boasts a wide-ranging catalog of original songs.
AnnMarie is well known for her performance with Grammy Award winning composer/producer, David Foster, at The David Foster & Friends Concert at Stadium Putra, Bukit Jalil in 2011. Besides that, she was the featured artist at the Hennessy XO Appreciation Grows event at KL Live at Life Centre. AnnMarie has worked with Broadway Academy Asia’s Show Choir “Splash!” and has appeared and performed on Malaysian TV shows such as RTM’s “Hello On 2” and NTV7’s “The Breakfast Show”.
Aside from performing, AnnMarie has also been a dedicated Voice Teacher and Show Choir Vocal Coach, teaching students whose age groups ranged from children to adults. She has given private voice lessons and has coached show choirs at International schools. In 2013, she even conducted a Songwriting Workshop at the International College of Music as an alumni.
She has been featured in the May 2012 issue of Malaysia’s “Seventeen” magazine, while “Live & Inspire” magazine has released her “Life Pad” interview and acoustic session on their YouTube channel, as well as on the official Starbucks Facebook page. She was also featured in the Malaysian edition of “Marie Claire” in November 2013. In the US, AnnMarie has worked with LA-based producer/film composer, Deane Ogden, on a track which was then featured on his successful World Music album, Eastern Chronicle. The album was released worldwide on 22 April 2013. She has also worked with renowned American composer, artist, producer and guitarist, Steve Ouimette, and recorded vocals for an original song of his for a Ubisoft video game project.
Prior to her graduation from Berklee in the Summer of 2014, AnnMarie had completed an Internship in LA with artist management company, The Complex Group. She is currently based in Los Angeles.
