Born on April 14, 1992, Mohammad Tanvir Islam, Is a promising guitarist, singer, lyricist and music producer. Tanvir is famous for his Bengali rock and romantic compositions. With his band,
BIHONGO, Tanvir and his
band-mates have successfully touched the hearts of thousands music lovers in
Bangladesh. He is the son of
Mohammad Rafiqul Islam and Shamima Islam.
Tanvir not only made compositions for himself and his band, but also for upcoming
promising singers. His first mixed album "Tetolar Gann Gulo" was released on 2008, under the banner of 'G link', Composed by 'Sunny Chaki'.
His second Mixed album "Prachin Hawa" released on 2010, under the banner of 'Agniveena', Composed by 'Sunny Chaki'.
And his third mixed album "Natai Ghuri" was released on 2011, under the banner of 'Cool Exposer', Tuned by 'Tamal hasan' & Composed by 'Sunny Chaki.'
At present, Tanvir is working on his first solo album and also his band album.
He came in Top 40 in the first dejuce D rockstar(2006), a famous talent hunt program sponsored by Grameen Phone.
According to him, his so far biggest achievement was the performance on the same stage with living legend Ayub Bacchu(AB) (L.R.B) and famous band 'Souls' on July 16, 2012.
Speaking of his academic career, currently, Tanvir is completing Communication & Media Studies from University Of Development Alternative, Dhaka. He has already worked as customer experience exeusitive at Robi Axiata Limited, Bangladesh from April 2011 to April 2012.
Tanvir Islam is a robot lover and tech-freak person. He is a big fan of the "Iron Man" movie series. For that reason most
all of his friends call him "Mr. Stark".
He feels great comfort working at his personal studio called "Tanvir'S Music Lab".
