Doorbin is a well-known and popular band group of Bangladeshi Music Arena. Since its inception in 2004, it is starting to achieve excellence in performing art & culture of Bangladesh through their well-composed music and winning hearts and thousands of audiences of all ages. Because Doorbin believes success of any band group largely relies in its acceptance by the masses. Within this short period of time Doorbin has become a contender of successful band. Its nomination in the final round of Meril-Prothom Alo Taroka Jarip 2008, out of hundreds of band groups of the country reflects respect and love of the audiences. In the same year, Doorbin secured 8th position in the top 100 hits verities song but number one of band song Radio Foorti based on listeners’ vote. Doorbin also started three members Shahid, Nayon and Sabbir in 2004. In the year of 2007, Doorbin released its first album “Doorbin”. One year later in January 2008, released second album “Doorbin 2.01”. During this year three new members Ayub Shahrier, Kazi Shuvo and Arfin Rumy join in Doorbin. In 2009, Doorbin released third album, named “Doorbin 3.01”. They had done well performance three years all together. In 2012 Kazi Shuvo and Arfin Rumy leave Doorbin for their solo career. Now Doorbin is a family of seven members lead by Shahid (Main Vocal), Ayub Shahrier (Vocal & Rithym), Rafi (Keyboard & Composure), Al Fahad (Main Lead Guitar), Hridoy (Lead Guitar), Shishir (Drums) and Shawn (Base Guitar). The members of the Doorbin Band are facing so many problems to do their practice after establishing the Doorbin. Not only Doorbin but also all other bands are facing the same problems. Doorbin strongly believes that if any band could not practice in a good or favorable environment, good musicians will not come out in the country. For this reason the Doorbin is doing their practice pad with the modern instruments. About 200 bands are doing practices regularly using this practice pad. Doorbin also has well-equipment and modern facilities. The studio Doorbin is serving all music lovers to meet their test.
