“OBAID is an independent Bangladeshi Singer/Songwriter/Musician. In July/August, 2014, he released his debut double acoustic guitar based studio album, first ever of an attempt by a solo artist in the history of Bangladesh's music scene. The albums are called "Prahelika-1" & "Prahelika-2".
All the songs of "Prahelika-1" & "Prahelika-2" (a total of 15 songs) are written, tuned, composed and produced by OBAID. And all the Voices, Acoustic, Rhythm & Lead Guitars, Bass guitars, Drums & Percussion were done & played by OBAID. All the album artworks of "Prahelika-1" & "Prahelika-2" were done by OBAID as well.
“Prahelika” has two meanings, one is “Enigma” & the other is “Progress”.
